From Blueprint
to Bluelight.
ThisWayGlobal takes operators from capital commitment to a running, sovereign GPU cloud. Present from Phase 0 through Phase 7, with Amalgamy as the software layer the operator owns.
Trusted across Texas higher education (TAMU, TTU, TSTC). Built with NVIDIA, Supermicro, Mirantis, and IBM.
Advisory and Architecture
From thesis to technical spec.
ADCAP starts at Phase 0, before the hardware is ordered. Capital models, NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) enrollment, rack economics, and OEM selection. The decisions made here lock in cost and capability for years.
Procurement and Buildout
GPU allocation is who you know.
Direct OEM relationships with NVIDIA, Supermicro, Dell, HPE, and IBM. ThisWayGlobal runs procurement, logistics, and on-site rack and stack so the data center comes up right and hardware passes acceptance the first time.
Amalgamy Platform
Sovereign compute the operator owns.
Amalgamy delivers bare-metal multi-tenancy without virtualization overhead, SLURM and Kubernetes convergence, and the Sully interface that reduces tenant configuration from 47 plus decisions to 3. Drives 57 to 85 percent higher utilization.
Watt's for Workers
The ops team, staffed before go-live.
Ai4Jobs sources the candidates, OpenSesame runs the training, and Maker Year builds the pipeline. The six ops center roles are defined, hired, and trained on Amalgamy before the first rack lights up. No other partner takes this on.
Full platform lifecycle
Phase 0 through Phase 7, with the operator the whole way.
Most partners enter at Phase 3 (procurement) and exit at Phase 5 (go-live). ThisWayGlobal and Amalgamy are present from the earliest capital conversations through ongoing operations.
Thesis and Mandate
The decision to build. A government mandate, board decision, investor thesis, or competitive pressure establishes that sovereign or neocloud infrastructure needs to exist. No hardware committed yet.
Advisory engagement. ThisWayGlobal helps define the mandate, the scope, and the business case, and introduces the NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) program ecosystem.
Platform demos and utilization projections. Helps decision-makers see what a running sovereign cloud looks like, not just what it costs to build one.
