Sovereign AI infrastructure, software-first.
The operator owns the platform, the operating model, and the outcome.
ThisWayGlobal is a software-first sovereign AI infrastructure company. Amalgamy is the runtime we built and own. Operators license it and run it on their own hardware. Consumers reach it through a partner network to run scoped workloads without refactoring a single line.
The company is women-owned, HUBZone certified, and ISO 27001 aligned. Our team has shipped at Stargate, Gigafactory, and DGX Cloud scale. Our partner operators include Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, and Texas State Technical College.
What ThisWayGlobal does
Software, blueprint, operating model.
ThisWayGlobal is an enabler, not a builder. We do not own land, pour concrete, or hold a general-contractor license. We provide the three things every sovereign AI program needs and rarely has together: software the operator owns, a blueprint that covers the infrastructure lifecycle, and an operating model that keeps the platform productive after go-live.
Amalgamy is the software. Partner operators license it and run it on their own infrastructure. Consumers reach it through the partner network to run scoped workloads: plan a run, run it, hand the cluster back. No multi-year commitment. No runtime refactoring. Sovereignty is structural, not a label.
How we got here
Engineering heritage to sovereign AI.
The company was founded.
Angela Hood founded ThisWayGlobal to apply large-scale matching, scheduling, and compliance engineering to problems that needed it. The first product was a workforce-matching engine developed through four years of research at the University of Cambridge.
Enterprise partnerships.
IBM Silver Business Partner. Google for Startups Accelerator alum. Partnerships that put the engineering in front of enterprise-scale distribution and sharpened the go-to-market muscle the sovereign AI program now runs on.
The sovereign AI pivot.
The same engineering patterns (orchestration, scheduling, structural compliance) apply at the GPU cluster layer. The team started building Amalgamy: a sovereign AI runtime the operator licenses and owns, not a hyperscaler rental or a vendor bundle.
First partner operators.
Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, and Texas State Technical College signed as partner operators. The Sovereign AI Blueprint shipped as the engagement model. Watts to Workers connected infrastructure investment to local workforce development.
Operators at scale.
Amalgamy running on partner infrastructure. Operators who have shipped at Stargate, Gigafactory, and DGX Cloud scale joined the team. 12 megawatts of confirmed capacity under the Blueprint.
Credentials
Procurement-grade proof.
The certifications sovereign and SLED buyers verify before the first conversation.
Women-owned (WBENC certified).
ThisWayGlobal is a certified Women's Business Enterprise. This is a differentiator in sovereign and SLED procurement, not a footnote.
HUBZone certified.
Historically Underutilized Business Zone designation. Opens federal contracting pathways and strengthens bid positioning.
ISO 27001.
Information security management certified. The standard sovereign and defense buyers verify before the first conversation.
Leadership
The people running it.
Shipped at scale
Stargate, Gigafactory, DGX Cloud.
Our team has shipped at sovereign-scale programs. The credential is the program, not a resume line.
Stargate.
Sovereign-scale AI factory program. Operators on our team shipped on the build team.
Gigafactory.
Tesla's flagship single-site industrial buildout. Operators on our team shipped the program.
DGX Cloud.
NVIDIA's managed GPU cloud. Operators on our team ran the platform.
